Raaga Karumanchi
hey there, i'm raaga, and i spend most of my time studying neuroscience, doing research, or working on health literacy.
right now, i'm studying neuroscience and doing research at columbia (aging) and ucsf (health equity). before that, i did some research at nih and ucsf.
i also started health heralds, a nonprofit that makes health information easier to understand. i'm really grateful for all the volunteers who make it possible, and we're always trying to reach more people.
i'm interested in how ai/ml could help make healthcare more accessible, especially in places that don't have a lot of resources. also curious about why health information is so hard to understand and what we can do about it.
